Damon's Watch Case

Pour La Montre- My latest book for Chawton House Library which has been inspired by reading La Montre by Aphra Behn 1686. Iris has given her beloved Damon a beautiful watch engraved with The Rules of Love on the watch face, including the word SIGH every half hour. Damon would like a watch case made for this gift. Within the book there is a chapter dedicated to the description of the design Damon would like to purchase. This is my interpretation of that design and a facsimile of the letter is folded using origami techniques inside of the book.
